If you are moving into or out of the Allure Complex and moving large items such as furniture, you are required to submit a Moving In/Out Complex request. This prior notification allows the Building Manager to organise the installation of the lift protection mats to avoid damage to the lifts.
This request needs to be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the moving date.
To submit this request, simply go to https://contact.allurehotelapartments.com and select Open a New Request.
Complete the Contact Information section. You will need to include a valid email address and your name.
Click on the drop down field under Service Request and select Moving In/Out of Complex. You will need to complete all fields in this form. If you have any additional information you would like to add to the request, simply complete the Additional Information field.
When all information has been completed, click the Create Request button to submit the form.
You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been submitted. The confirmation email contains your request ticket number. Please keep this ticket number handy to view the status of the ticket. The Building Manager will be in contact to confirm these arrangements.
