Checking Ticket Status

To check the status of an existing request, you will need the ticket number you received in the confirmation email when the request was originally submitted. If you have lost this ticket number, you will be unable to view the status of the request.
To check the status of your request simply go to https://contact.allurehotelapartments.com
Check Request Status.
You will be directed to the Check Request Status page where you will need to enter your email address and request number.
Click on the Email Access Link button to receive a link to the ticket.
On receipt of the email containing the link to access the ticket, you will be able to click on the link and view the status of the ticket.
